Live listings

Listings in Kansas City come from the Heartland MLS, the same feed local real estate agents use. New homes appear as they are listed, and price changes and status changes show up on the home's page. As of September 12, 2026, 810 homes were listed in the last seven days and the median asking price across the metro was $375,000. Sold homes stay on the site with what they sold for. Who built it
