HouseLoop AI LLC provides an online platform for searching residential real estate listings, saving homes and searches, and connecting with licensed real estate professionals. We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing the most current version.

Using or registering on houseloop.ai constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. We may revise these Terms at our discretion, with changes effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms are posted means you accept the changes.

The Service is available only to users who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States or its territories. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

We may withdraw or amend the Service without notice and may restrict access to parts of the Site. To use certain features you may need to provide contact information, including an email address. All information you provide to us is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by HouseLoop AI LLC, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site only as expressly permitted. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Information on the Site, including property listings sourced from Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and other third parties, is provided for general information purposes only and without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Listing data may be delayed or contain errors. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. We assume no responsibility for third-party content or external links.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." HOUSELOOP AI LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AS TO THE SUITABILITY AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOUSELOOP AI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. We assume no liability for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HouseLoop AI LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information.

You agree not to use the Service: in violation of any applicable law; to transmit advertising, spam, or promotional material; to impersonate HouseLoop AI LLC or any other person; to disable, overburden, or impair the Site; to use robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or copy the Site without our written consent; or to introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code.

HouseLoop AI LLC reserves the right to restrict or terminate your account and access to the Service for any reason, without prior notice.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to admin@houseloop.ai, Attn: DMCA Claims, 845 N Garland Ave, Ste 100, Orlando, FL 32801. Your notice must include your signature, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. HouseLoop AI LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Florida. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. Any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or it is permanently barred.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and HouseLoop AI LLCand supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms do not create any partnership or employment relationship between you and HouseLoop AI LLC.
