What to look at on a tour

The big idea

What should you look for when touring a house?

A tour is for noticing and asking.

A tour checklist is what to notice and what to ask.
Notice a detail, then ask when it was last looked at.

See it in an example

Example

Example: a tour list

Notice: stains on a ceiling

Notice: how the windows open

Ask: when was the roof last looked at?

Ask: how old is the furnace?

Ask: what stays with the home?

Example only.
