About this home

Calling all Chip and Joanna Gaines enthusiasts—this is your opportunity on one of the most prestigious streets in Kansas City. Bring your design and renovation ideas to complete the existing home or start fresh and build your dream home on this highly desirable 0.64-acre (27,878 sq ft) flat corner lot. Current plans and renderings envision a 1.5-story Cape Cod design and layout, with significant progress already underway: including updated electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, dormers, roof, ductwork, and a mix of new and newer windows. The home offers approximately 2,400 square feet above grade, plus 1,060 square feet in the lower level. The expansive, level, and tree lined lot provides ample room to further enhance the property—whether adding a third garage, expanding the footprint, or designing a custom outdoor retreat with a pool. Conceptual renderings offer one inspired direction or bring your own vision to life, whether through completing the renovation or building your masterpiece on a dream lot. Ideally located in the heart of the city with convenient highway access and close proximity to parks, dining, shopping, and everyday amenities. A rare opportunity to create something truly special on iconic Lee Boulevard, one of Kansas City’s most sought-after streets.
