About this home

Charming bungalow with a short walk to KU Med. Picture yourself living here having morning coffee on the front porch and evening barbeques on the back deck. Privacy fence, that was recently stained, surrounds the back yard. Off street parking that will fit 2 cars in front (tandem) on new concrete driveway. More parking in the rear via the alley, and a wide gate for access to the back yard. So much character in this home. Old charm with the wooden doors, windows and original wood floors. Large family room at the rear of the home providing additional space for entertaining. Newer, hail-resistant roof. Full walk-out basement.
