About this home

This is a truly beautifully home with many new "vintage" effects. The kitchen is completely remodeled & sellers combined 1 1/2 baths to make a gorgeous spacious bath with a large separate shower & expanse tub. Stunning vanity & wall fireplace complete the new main bath. Kitchen has soft close drawers, granite counters & top of the line appliances that stay. There's an outlet & USB strip under the top counters. New insulation was added during remodeling. Large master bedroom with walk-in closet & access to the back deck which wraps around the side of the home. The living room has an accent wall that's lovely. The 2nd bedroom is being used as a craft room. It has a curtain over the closet opening, but the sellers will put the closet door on prior to closing if the buyers prefer. HVAC was installed in 2014, water heater is brand new & the roof is 3 years old. Seller has a window unit in the master because they like it really cold when they sleep that stays. There's a whole house central air, though. There's an attic fan & blue tooth speakers in the recessed lighting. Two non-conforming bedrooms in the lower level. There's, also, a family room with a bar that stays & the 2nd full bath. One car attached garage with a carport & motorcycle enclosure. Big yard with an above ground pool & firepit. Backs up to trees. Wonderful neighbors according to the sellers. You will not want to miss this awesome home!
