Beautifully UN-painted wood trim and hard wood floors throughout are a statement to the history of this 100 year old home. There is a large family dining room between the kitchen and living room. High kitchen ceilings provide extra cabinet space and the rear door has a nice landing area for shoes and jackets. A big 2 car garage with concrete floors sits behind the house with alley access. 4 BIG bedrooms on the second level and on the third level is a NEWLY built 800 square ft recreation room.
