About this home

Attention investors, rehabbers, and flippers — this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for in one of Overland Park’s most desirable locations. Situated on a wonderful cul-de-sac surrounded by established homes, this property offers tremendous upside potential for the right buyer willing to bring it back to life. The home is in need of a complete renovation both inside and out and is being sold strictly as-is. Cash buyers or buyers utilizing renovation financing only. The price has been established according to a recent independent appraisal, creating a strong opportunity for investors looking to add value in a highly sought-after area. While the property requires extensive work, it does have a roof that is only 4 years old and an air conditioner that is approximately 3.5 years old. The neighborhood offers easy access to the nearby park which offers a playground, tennis courts, hockey rink, and the 14-mile Indian Creek Trail System for hiking and biking. This home is conveniently located close to 435 and 69 highways, Corporate Woods, as well as many shops and restaurants. All of this, plus the award winning Blue Valley schools!
