About this home

This beautifully updated old Leawood charmer sits on an oversized landscaped lot at the end of idealistic cul-de-sac. This 1.5 story plan has a flexible layout with the master suite, laundry and additional bedroom and full bath on one wing of the main level and the kitchen, dining area and living room on the other. The upper level features 2 bedrooms with large walk-in closets as well as a large bathroom with dual vanities. The lower level finish includes a large play space and second living room as well as a half bathroom and additional unfinished storage space. Off the back of the home there is a huge screened in porch with indirect lighting and an exterior fireplace. The screened in patio overlooks a large custom patio space and an amazing back yard whose landscaping will be sure to shine through this Spring. Finally, don't overlook the garage space! In addition to the 2 car side entry garage there is also an oversized front facing 3rd car garage that is just a bit short width wise from being a full 4 car garage. This 3rd car bay has a lot of additional space for storage or your imagination! Yard has sprinkler system and an invisible fence setup for dog as well.
