About this home

Meticulous workmanship has transformed this 100+ year old bungalow into a masterpiece. Restoration work includes Carrera marble countertop in the kitchen, refinished original wood floors, and recent HVAC and roof installations (50 year Timberline). The main floor has three bedrooms and an updated bath that has a shower over tub, tile walls and flooring. The second full bath is in the basement and boasts a shower and tile flooring. The walkout basement also space for a non-conforming fourth bedroom. The current owners have moved the laundry to the main floor in the third bedroom. The original laundry location in the basement is fully functional if buyers wish to move it back downstairs. The large lot offers off street parking for several vehicles and includes a carport. A large deck overlooks the fenced backyard and offers great outdoor entertaining opportunities. Current owners have used the carport as an additional outdoor entertaining area with great results. A stunning makeover that must be seen to be believed.
