About this home

Quiet. Tranquil. Peaceful. The best way to describe this property. Located on 10 acres. Comes with a pond stocked with bass, catfish, and carp (and the water lilies are blooming!), fruit trees, berry bushes, and lots of flowering plants surround the property. Inside the house, the kitchen has been renovated to include soft-close drawers, pull-out shelves in the cabinets, and ample workspace. The appliances are newer and stay with the property. The picture frame wood floor in the dining room will be perfect for a table...no rug required! The bathroom has been updated to include a soaker tub and double vanity. New carpet in all of the bedrooms. Newer forced air furnace and water heater. Tilt-in windows throughout the home. Back outside is a 30'X30' metal building with a concrete floor, covered carport next to the driveway, a chicken coupe, and a 43'X24' barn. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the covered patio. Have an iced tea in the evening next to the pond while watching the sunset. Powell Gardens is 5 minutes away; Pioneer Gun Club is 10 minutes away.
