About this home

Investment property selling as-is. Seller will make no repairs. Take your flashlight. Power not on and seller is not turning on power, water or gas for inspections. House has had a lot of work done to it in the last few years. As of 2/17/17 some new electrical, newer furnace, some vinyl windows, new kitchen cabinets, new drywall. Needs some tlc and needs a new roof. At this price it will not last long. There is a garage and a garage door that does not look like it has been opened in years. The rest of the house is really not in that bad of condition other then the roof. Appears a tree fell on one corner and did some damage to the roof and soffit at some point fairly recently.
