About this home

BARGAIN HUNTER ALERT!! This very private former 2BR 1BA home is looking for a talented DIY owner or investor who can tackle somewhat significant repairs in exchange for this reduced price. (Comps in updated condition for this sq. footage come in around $350,000!) The lucky buyer who can tackle it will have a spacious farm home with either one huge bedroom or two smaller ones, plus a living room, family room, an enclosed porch, a large sunroom, good basement storage, a big shed/second garage area, and a pond, just a couple minutes from the highway, five minutes outside of town, and only thirty minutes to the KC metro area. Did I mention that there's one neighbor across the street, but no other neighbors within eyesight of this house? Contact listing agent or your own agent for information about the needed repairs. Any inspections will be for knowledge only. Seller to make no repairs.
