About this home

*** Back on market! No fault of seller. Previous buyer did not have inspections. No inspection reports on hand.*** Cape cod style 1.5 story home with lots of potential! Come with your imagination.......the rooms are spacious and unique. The deck is the length of the house and over looks a very large fenced yard....which over looks Stubby Park....it's just outside the back fence/gate. Sliding glass doors lead out to the deck from the kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a newer fridge and dishwasher, a unique island with a lot of storage. Adjacent to the kitchen, facing south is a space that could be used as another eating area, the perfect place for all of your plants (the sunshine is fabulous!), a play area, office space....it's a bright, airy space. The basement is unfinished....but the last tenant began a project....and the partially enclosed area could be whatever you'd like.
