About this home

A beautiful and peaceful setting surrounds this 3 bedroom, 3 bath earth contact home on a paved road. The 6.79 acre tract is a mixture of grass and crops and is perfect for anyone looking for a country home with a secluded setting. The open floor concept features a bright and airy great room that has soaring ceilings, a majestic wood-burning brick fireplace and a wet bar/coffee bar. The main floor also has a bedroom and a full bath, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pantry and breakfast bar, a dining area and a laundry room that offers additional storage space. The great room opens to an 8' x 31' screened-in porch, and the kitchen opens to a 14' x 21' 4-season living area that is currently being used as an exercise room. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor, each with a full bath. The loft has an area for an office desk and connects the bedrooms to an 8' x 21' deck with a beautiful view. The 2 car garage measures 30' x 30', so if you need an oversized space for your vehicles/boats/yard equipment, this is it! There are fenced areas that are set up for small livestock - currently used for goats and chickens. (see seller disclosure about fencing and gates for details). Measurements are approximate.
