About this home

this home is a real beauty. Stucco exterior, tile roof, hardwood floors, fireplace in the living room, large dining room, lots of windows, and a great patio on the main level above the garage just off of the living room. (The 3rd bedroom does not have a closet, so it would make a great sunroom or office if you chose not to use it as a bedroom). Included in the basement are 2 rooms that would make a great exercise room and a private storage area. Also in the basement is a working toilet. That's a great beginning for a second bathroom if you have the desire to add a sink and 2 more walls. Overall a great home for entertaining or enjoying a quiet, peaceful life.
