About this home

Discover your own slice of peace and quiet just outside the Kansas City metro area with this unique 6.66-acre property, combining wide-open space, mature trees, and incredible potential — all just 35 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium and 45 minutes to downtown Kansas City. Nestled just off AA Highway at the edge of Johnson County, this property includes TWO adjoining 3.33-acre lots being sold together. The land features rolling, manicured lawns, established tree lines, and mature pruned trees that offer natural beauty and privacy. On the western side of the first lot sits an impressive 60' x 72' web truss steel shop, engineered with 80,000 psi steel. Fully insulated and powered, this structure is ideal for a variety of uses — from equipment storage to workshop or business operations. The shop has been lined with vintage metal to give it a rustic feel. Attached is a 24' x 36' x 18' steel building, originally designed as a future residence. Whether you complete it as a home, office, bunkhouse, or convert it into additional shop space, the possibilities are wide open.
