About this home

Spring Parade of Homes Winner for Distinctive Plan and Design as well as Silver Award for Pick of the Parade! Understated elegance, texture and dimension enhanced with historic elements define this home, crafted by the Edward Franklin Building Company in the Enclave of Terrybrook Farms. This is not your typical new home construction offering. Boasting over 4,500 square feet, the soft palette of natural accents is only outshone by the beautiful luxury lighting throughout the home. For those who love a working kitchen, chique features such as the hidden pantry, venetian plaster hood over the Decor range, hickory island cabinets, built-in refrigerator/freezer, double drawer dishwasher, all embraced with quartize countertops. Brushed quartize finishes off the hidden second kitchen wet area where open shelving abounds. In the garage hall, find your own gift wrapping station and laundry room. The blend of modern sophistication and classic design stands out in every room. Experience the incredible primary suite that is both tranquil and distraction-free. Enjoy the sound system to assist in waking for a busy day or winding down in the evening. Hand-sewn draperies throughout the home allow you to soften the morning sun and shade the afternoon skies. Upstairs, 3 private bedrooms with high-end tile finishes in each ensuite make decisions hard for family members to choose. Tucked away is a secluded loft for reading or favorite novel or playing your favorite video game. The outside covered patio and firepit has been designed for comfort and style. Hanging patio lights illuminate this wonderful entertainment area over the glowing firepit. Terrybrook Farms offers homeowners a community pool, sport court, playground and fitness room.
