About this home

RARE FIND WITH NO SUBDIVISION RESTRICTIONS,BUT CLOSE TO CONVENIENCE!!! ***Price Reduced!*** 5 acre property with a 2 bed/1 bath house, barn, pond, 2-car detached garage, and shed. Lots of updates have been made to the house: roof, septic, kitchen appliances, and electric have all been updated in the last 7 years. Original wood floor in the dining room, new carpet (in the living room, hallway, and bedrooms), and tile floor/granite counter tops in the kitchen are all added features. Just FYI, it’s believed the original part of the house was built in the 1920's, but the addition was built around 1955 (bedrooms and bathroom). The enclosed front and back porches are a nice addition to this cozy farm home. Up until last week this was a working farm, so please bring boots to walk the land and visit outbuildings if it's above freezing. Owner/Agent
