About this home

What a fantastic home in popular Pinehurst Estates! It has been lovingly maintained and cared for 40 years by the same family while also renovating and updating it throughout the years. Upon entering, you will see the center hall plan with the living room (or dining room) on one side and the den and kitchen on the other side. The gorgeous kitchen has been completely renovated and is a great place for family and friends to hang out. On one side of the kitchen is the breakfast area and the other side is the den or dining room. Mostly plantation shutters are throughout the first floor and the hardwood floors will grab your attention. They are in great shape! The cozy and warm family room sits at the back of the house and has wonderful built-ins and a brick surround fireplace plus wood beamed ceiling. It also has an exit to the large and beautiful back deck. There is a full bath on the first floor and 2 other full baths on the 2nd floor. Right off the family room and the kitchen is the way to the nicely finished basement with built-ins, abundance of storage and room to accommodate any hobby or activity you would like. Lots of storage area is also in the unfinished basement. The bedrooms are spacious and light filled. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. All this is situated on a beautifully landscaped large lot with a sprinkler system. Please note the garage floor has been replaced which will add years of worry free maintenance for the next owner. This is such happy house that will leave you with a good feeling!
