About this home

This efficient cozy little home was completely updated in 2021 with new appliances, cabinets, flooring, some wiring, furnace, AC, metal roof, thermal windows, and bath fixtures. All the upgraded appliances stay with the home including the washer & dryer. The house sits close to the back of a large level lot giving ample space for parking and privacy while relaxing on the covered 23x8.5 front porch. Enjoy the savings of living in a smaller home while not giving up luxuries like extra cabinets & counter space, a large bedroom, walk-in closet, and main floor laundry. There's a 16x10.5 storage shed in the back and a concrete pad that could be used for a 2nd shed. Located near shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores with easy highway access!
