About this home

Along the historic ground of a once-thriving dairy farm, welcome to Woodneath Farms, a community within Kansas City that filters into the Liberty School District. Entering the neighborhood, you can’t help but notice the competition-size swimming pool within blocks of your new home. As you approach, you will notice the charm 8808 truly has. The rich green yard, new iron fence, and beautiful landscaping are absolutely beautiful. Step inside to an open entryway with a curved staircase that sets the tone and attention to detail for the rest of the home. The entire backside of the house on the main level is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows, letting in tons of natural light and offering views of the backyard. Continuing through the open main floor, you'll find beautiful hardwood floors leading into the kitchen. The kitchen features a large island that looks straight into the living room, making entertaining a breeze—you'll never miss a thing! With endless cabinets for organizing, a double oven for timely food prep, and a large walk-in pantry, this kitchen is a dream. Follow the endless cabinets around the corner to what is bound to become the favorite spot on your main floor, the hearth room. Cozy up next to your second fireplace and relax! There's also a bonus space off the kitchen that can be an ideal drop zone, second pantry, or coffee bar—options for you to design what fits your lifestyle. Travel upstairs to find three spacious bedrooms. One has vaulted ceilings with a private bath, while the other two share a Jack and Jill. Down the hall, welcome to the primary suite. If the hearth room isn't your favorite, directly upstairs is yet another option next to your third fireplace. Your ensuite offers separate vanities, a jacuzzi tub, an impressive walk-in closet with built-ins, and a conveniently located laundry area. This home is gorgeous, spacious, and located in a neighborhood with multiple amenities. Imagine yourself home!
