About this home

Attention history lovers and developers! Don't miss your chance to own the New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, a stunning example of early 20th-century architecture in the heart of KCMO. Built in or around 1920, the church features a beautiful stone and brick exterior that has been lovingly preserved over the years. While the building has mostly gone unused in recent years and requires some TLC, it offers incredible potential for restoration and repurposing. The church includes an education center that adjoins the building, with two levels that can be used for a school or community center. The lower level offers ample storage, a kitchen, and a reception area, providing a perfect space for a variety of events and gatherings. In addition to the church itself, there are three residential lots adjoining the property that can be sold with or separately from the church, providing an opportunity for development or expansion. If you're looking for a unique and historically significant property that offers unlimited potential, look no further than the New Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
