About this home

This is an absolutely rare find and no expense was spared in making this a dream, forever home. It backs to a horse farm and from the deck you can have your morning coffee and watch the horses be let out at the same time every day. None of the expense, but all of the delights! This home has an upgrade list a mile long! All of the upstairs bathrooms were remodeled to reflect today's modern design choices: new tile floors, new vanities, new lighting. The whole interior and exterior was painted and any wood rot was professionally removed. The upstairs has Newer carpet. Nearly every light fixture in the home was updated by a certified electrician. A brand new a/c unit was installed. Previous owner put in a new water heater. The doorknobs were updated, the chimney was inspected before using, the exterior has solar lights that make the home look like a fairy tale at night. The sellers are heart broken to leave their dream home, but you could be stepping into a once in a lifetime opportunity to move into your forever home where everything is already done. Previous owner finished the walkout basement and installed a transferable lifetime warranty waterproofing system and french drain.
