About this home

Classic "four square" home in Wornall Homestead, walking distance to the Trolley Trail and Brookside Shops. From the moment you walk into the unique and large "L-Shaped" screened porch, you realize you're in a special home. Then comes the unique entry foyer leading to the Living Room, which has a large "nook" perfect for an upright piano or even a home office plus a fireplace. The Living Room takes you to the enormous (21 x 13) family room where memories will be made around the fireplace. Continue through the Dining Room and onto the kitchen where the turkey will be cooked this coming Thanksgiving. The second floor features nice sized bedrooms with plenty of options to add another full bathroom and a large (20x9) sunroom that could be converted to a Primary Bathroom and walk-in closet.
