About this home

This charming 2BR/1Bath condo is all about the great location! It is within walking distance to Loose Park, great restaurants on Main, the Plaza Library, Whole Foods, and the Country Club Plaza! This 6-unit building's condos are all owner-occupied with a true pride of ownership! This light-filled unit has a fabulous view of the neighborhood to the South (no high buildings blocking it), an East view, and a view to the West from its relaxing screened porch. A carport behind the building with assigned spaces is only steps away from the back entrance. This condo has beautiful hardwood floors, thermal windows, fresh, neutral paint, granite countertops in the galley kitchen, a new Bosch dishwasher and all appliances stay including the washer/dryer. The HOA pays for water, gas, and utilities for the common areas and owners pay for their electricity and Google Fiber. Exterior building improvements are also paid for by the HOA and some are almost completed on the North side of the building. The windows on the North and back will have also trim re-painted. The basement has individual updated electrical panels for each condo, two 50-gallon water heaters owned by the HOA and shared by all owners, and secured storage spaces, too. The HOA does charge a $75 Transfer Fee to the new owner. The $250/month assessment ends the end for 2024.
