About this home

Stately Southern Colonial on a wonderful street in a great neighborhood! Enjoy sitting on your large covered porch which sits high on the lot. Sellers have loved living in this home and have made so many improvements and additions over the years. They added a hearth room / family room off the new kitchen and a second floor master suite with a private bathroom. Sellers added 3 full baths so there's now 4 and half bathrooms! Second floor has 2 master suites! 3 zones of heating and cooling! 3 gas fireplaces! 3rd floor is a wonderful guest retreat with a family room (with fireplace), private bath and bedroom with loads of custom built-ins. There's a non conforming 5th bedroom (no closet) on the second floor that's currently being used as a craft room. 2 car garage with extra parking in front of the garage. Back yard is a charming stone, brick and iron courtyard. Perfect for entertaining!
