About this home

This home has had several updates by the current owner such as quartz counters in the kitchen and added a dishwasher and microwave and refrigerator that stays. The bathroom on the main floor has also been updated and the main floor has all wood floors throughout! The large sunroom with large windows off of the kitchen is a perfect gathering place in the summer or to watch snowing in the winter with a large slider opening to the fenced yard! The HV/AC was replaced just two years ago and the roof was replaced just eight years ago. The one car garage that faces the front has a double wide driveway for parking and on the side of the house there is another driveway that leads to the second garage. An oversize workshop is in the basement next to the garage entrance. The outside of the home does have some peeling paint and is being sold in that condition.
