About this home

This sprawling home in beautiful Lee’s Summit is full of stunning updates and so much space to enjoy, you’ll never want to leave! Tucked at the back of a quiet cul-de-sac, this unique property sits on nearly an acre but is just an 8-minute drive to popular downtown LS - truly the best of both worlds. The quaint curb appeal of the home may trick you into thinking there is a modest floor plan hidden behind its doors, but you will not believe your eyes when you step inside. The spacious, stately living room looks like it came straight from a design magazine, with its intricate picture frame molding, elegant wood ceiling beams, and a gorgeous fireplace flanked by huge windows that offer peaceful views of the expansive backyard. The adjacent dining area and kitchen have both been completely remodeled, with an open, airy feel that accommodates incredible custom cabinets, nearly endless counter space and so many big, bright windows for beautiful natural light. On the other side of the main floor you’ll find a spacious and private primary suite, two guest bedrooms and a large guest bath. Downstairs offers a huge, open living area, a fourth non-conforming bedroom, a third bathroom, and a flexible non-conforming 5th bedroom- perfect for a home office, gym or guest space- complete with walk out access! If you’ve been searching for the perfect spot to host watch parties, movie nights or game nights, this is absolutely it. Welcome home!
