About this home

This property comprises a trailer park on 7.38 acres of land, with 20 lots, of which 13 are rented. The homes in the park receive city utilities on their meters. Additionally, there is 16.86 acres with a large pond on the south side of the park, which is included in the price of $125,000. However, the owner is willing to separate the park from the extra land if you are interested. Please note that the single wides are not for sale as they only pay lot rent monthly. You are requested not to disturb the tenants residing in the park. Furthermore, the land has been cleaned up by the EPA several years ago.
