About this home

This beautiful home has tons of custom upgrades in and out. To start the home sits on a corner lot that is just over an acre with a gorgeous lakefront view. Inside there is custom oil rubbed walnut floors throughout the main level, an open floor plan with high ceilings, and tons of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is quite dreamy with all the cabinet space, double oven, gas stove with stainless hanging hood, and huge island with extra sink. The oversized master suite has a great view of the lake and pool out back, a jetted tub & walk-in shower (with 2 shower heads & H2O kinetic energy) in the bathroom, and the walk-in closet of any woman's dream. (It's crazy huge). The finished basement has a full bathroom, game & theatre area, and full wet bar perfect for entertaining. Relax and enjoy your own little private backyard oasis whether you are swimming in the saltwater gunite pool or sitting around the built in gas fire pit on the custom flagstone patio. If your family enjoys being outdoors there is a large green space directly behind the backyard, a large lake with exceptional fishing, horse riding trails, (horse boarding facilities right down the road) and minutes away from the Rock Island Trail that you can bike to Lee's Summit or the Chiefs and Royals stadiums.
