About this home

SO MUCH SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THE PRICE in this beautifully maintained, original owner, 1 1/2 story home. Built with quality in mind as evidenced by the brick/stone trim on the exterior, to the 16 ft ceilings & abundance of windows . This is one of the larger homes in the area at close to 5000 sq ft of space, but still exudes warmth and coziness. There is a large office to your right as you enter (or formal dining) then notice the extra wide stairway to the 2nd floor as you walk past into the inviting Great Room with see thru fireplace. The hearth room, dining area and kitchen are on the other side of this fireplace, creating the perfect spot for entertaining or family gatherings. Floor to ceiling etched windows in the great room and the hearth/kitchen area bring the outside in. Large covered deck off this room, provides easy access to the beautiful yard . Nice sized laundry room is off the kitchen. On the other side of the entry is access to the MAIN FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM area and private bath, which offers double vanities and his/her walk in closets. The second floor has 5 additional large bedrooms (although one is non conforming without closet). There are 2 Jack and Jill bathrooms (shower over tub) with double vanities, with the 4 bedrooms each having a walk in closet. 5th bedroom or game room for kids is 17x17 and has cathedral ceiling. One bedroom has a small sitting area/play corner. Large walkout basement has lots of windows & light. There is a large finished area and 1/2 bath, a safe room under the stairs, a workshop with separate outside door & another unfinished room. You could easily turn the unfinished rooms into 2 more bedrooms if needed. Yard is angled & quite large, with the back being fenced in and lined with birch trees. Be sure to look up and take in the one of a kind chimney pots over the fireplace stack. No need for your own pool, since you are directly across from the HOA pool, tennis court and play area.
