About this home

This true 5-bedroom home has tons of space and sits on an AMAZING, huge, treed lot in Glen Arbor Estates. There are fabulous hardwoods on the main level and upstairs (other than bathrooms) and tons of natural light. While it needs cosmetic work and updates, the homeowners have made MANY updates over the last 5 years... *new exterior paint which included the repair/replacement of all exterior wood rot including soffits, fascia, and supporting structures *new gutters and gutter guards *installed a 5-foot chain-link fence *added topsoil and graded the dirt around the foundation *added a new deck on the back of the home and a new railing on the front *installed a new fireplace liner *removed the carpet, and refinished the hardwoods underneath, in the living room, dining room, primary bedroom, entryway, and upstairs hallway *removed several dead trees, shrubbery, and vines *added new storm windows to all windows in the house *installed 5 vertical wall braces and epoxied all foundation cracks. One of the full bathrooms is on the lower level and has not been operable for many years. There are two finished rooms, also on the lower level, that need to be renovated. Last, but not least, there is a large sub-basement for tons of extra storage or it could be finished to add even more square footage! The potential in this great home, on an estate-sized lot, is limitless!! HOA information can be found here: https://glenarborestates.weebly.com
