About this home

Tract 3. Located a mere three miles north of 50 HWY lies this beautiful build site. This tract is located on a scarcely traveled blacktop with utilities at the road. Electricity, rural water and even fiber internet are all along the boundary. MODOT has already approved this site for a driveway. This ridgetop build site sits in the rolling countryside surrounded by pasture and crop fields. This site is conveniently located between Lee’s Summit and Warrensburg for a quick commute either way. On this tract is an old pond that could be dugout or reconstructed to have a nice body of water. There is plenty of elevation change to have a walkout basement. Johnson county does not have planning and zoning so you are free to do what you want with you acreage. This site is suitable for a rural estate or large enough for a hobby farm. Call with questions or to schedule a showing.
