Deer love bedding around the old barns and buildings and their tracks along the two track road are there to prove it. Next to the improvements lies a stocked 1 acre pond for fishing. top it all off, there is a very clean 2000 model single wide trailer with 2 beds and 2 baths in the far Northeast corner of the property. It is equipped with septic, rural water, electricity, and even natural gas. The porch on this hunting cabin provide views overlooking the property and quail are often seen right in the yard. Being in the Northeast corner of the property, it allows you to stay away from the areas you’ll be hunting while still giving you great access. 112acres were sold other 40acres off market
