About this home

This is a very nice 40 Acres m/l in rural Linn County, KS with a Home, detached Garage, Shop, and several outbuildings, including a Loafing Shed for livestock. The house is a fixer-upper and has well water with an electric pump for the home and a hydrant in the backyard. The pasture is a mixture of mostly fescue with some prairie grass and produces exceptional cattle and livestock forage. There is a nice pond that is located to catch runoff. The pasture has adequate shade along fence rows, making for a very nice Livestock Farm. The location is perfect and is only one mile north of Mound City, KS on blacktop State Hiway 7. This property would be excellent for residential development.
