About this home

This beautiful and peaceful 44 +/- acre tract is located just a mile and a half outside of Valley Falls. This property is beautiful and has plenty of picturesque views to choose from. When you pull into this property, you will see an older home site that looks over a majority of the farm. Also has a Storage Barn on the property. This farm's location is quite unique as it sits just north of Kansas Highway 4 and joins the Perry Lake Wildlife Area.
