About this home

Outdoorsman's Haven!! This is the ultimate opportunity to own your own outdoor getaway! With private hunting lodge and huge workshop/ garage space, already in place. This 20 acres is located in the northern part of St. Clair county off of a very secluded private road. It borders corps ground on the end of the property, near the lake. It has electricity already in place, but does not have running water. There is an outhouse on site and a rainwater catch basin which is hooked to a small water heater, so you can take warm showers. There is so much potential even beyond this being a hunting lodge only, and would even work well as a permanent residence. You do not want to miss out on your chance to own your own private hunting lodge. Boat, four wheelers, trailer, and ammo not included in this sale.
