About this home

Wonderful 52 acres to build your dream farm! The land features a wet water creek running thru, with one area creating a swimming area in rainy season. Lots of mature trees - walnut, pecan, nice variety. The property is totally fenced - currently secured with cattle. Highway 13 access just south of Warrensburg in Leeton, MO. Long drive leads back to great building sites. Property was just sectioned off of a larger piece where there was water and electricity —so both are near by. Surrounded by large acreages. Lots of pasture ground could also be crop land.
