About this home

Located off of the Southwest side of Whiteman Air Force Base just outside of Knob Noster, Missouri, this 105 acre tract of wooded seclusion is one of a kind. The entrance to the property can be found at the end of a private road, guaranteeing seclusion and privacy. The gravel drive leading into the center of the property winds through rolling timbered terrain and ends up at the incredible 5.5 acre lake. The lake is home to an unbelievable amount of crappie and bass. The seller has been improving the quality of fishing by stocking baitfish, as well as culling numbers to allow for fish to grow bigger. Brush piles have been placed strategically throughout the lake for fish habitat, and the seller is willing to sell the dock and boat separately. There is a storage shed, electrical hookup for a camper, and concrete pad on the East side of the lake which would be an amazing place to build a home. From there, you can head North on a trail that will wrap you around to the food plot atop a hill on the North end of the lake. Deer and turkey sign are littered throughout the food plot and multiple trails can be found leading to and from it. From the ridge running next to the food plot, you have a great view of the Clear Fork of the Blackwater River which runs through the property. Across the creek, there is a roughly 3.5 acre section of the property that is part of a much larger open field. Currently in hay production, this field could also be farmed, rented, or converted to a food plot. About a mile and half of trails go through the property and lead to another food plot on the South side of the farm. Timbered ridges and drainages make for a maze of wildlife funnels all throughout the property.
