About this home

Beautiful 20 acres located north of Knob Noster. Gently rolling land that is completely fenced on three sides and partially fenced on the south side. Nice run of timber that follows a tributary to Wolf Creek. The property is split in the middle by the tributary and there is a nice storage shed in the corner of the timber by the creek. Great place to build a home or set a double wide. Rural water is not available so a well would need to be drilled. All other utilities are in place. Great seclusion and wildlife. There is a small storage building down by the stream and the sellers have built two structures on the property. One which is a screened in room with a deck off of it and the second structure was damaged due to a tornado and is missing some of the roof and exterior woodwork also. Rural water is not available in the area.
