About this home

Excellent 1st tier location, right across the street from the main lake. This lot and shed/cabin have been lovingly groomed into a cute get-away. There is electrical service and a nice air conditioned cabin with a bed, a small living area and a kitchenette. Secure shed, covered grilling area, raised deck and a teeter totter adorn the large "building lot" within Linn Valley Lakes. Golf carts are allowed to be driven on the streets and this package deal comes with a gas golf cart! Summer fun awaits. Although this property is a cabin, it is not living quarters. There is currently no water supply nor sewer. It is great the way that it is, but would also make a great spot to build your future home.
