About this home

You will enjoy a very private setting as the new owner of this A-Frame home, located in the gated community of Linn Valley Lakes. This home has been upgraded to include easy care flooring and a mini split was just installed that heats and cools the home. The primary bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen and living area are all on the main floor. The 2nd floor loft is nearly 300 square feet and can function as a bedroom, an office, or a second living area. If you research the science of an A-Frame design, you will find that the large face of the A-frame should be facing to the south. The sunshine in the winter hits the face of the A-frame and it warms the wall. This helps to gently warm the home and keep your energy bills very low. The window at the top of the A-frame wall and the sliding door allows plenty of natural light into the living area of the home. The ceiling fan, located in the vaulted area, takes the warmed air and circulates it down and into the lower level. Relax on the rear deck and watch the deer, birds and other wildlife that thrive in a natural setting like this. The home is perfect for a lake get-away or as an affordable primary residence.
