About this home

Approximately 4.7 acre building site located just north of Kansas City in the Mid-Buchanan School District offering amazing views of rolling hills, mature timber, and abundant wildlife. Located on a hard-surface road near Agency, this property provides the perfect combination of privacy and convenience with easy access to Kansas City and Saint Joseph. Approximately 1.5 acres are currently being mowed with the remainder in timber, creating a beautiful natural setting and excellent privacy. Whether you are looking for the perfect place to build your dream home or a hunting getaway close to the city, this property offers endless potential. Grab your s’mores and spend the weekend enjoying nature, wildlife, and peaceful country living. The property is well-prepared for a future home with a new septic system sized for a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home, electric service installed with service through Evergy, water run to the building site, and a recently added gravel driveway. Sellers will attend the June 10 permit hearing to extend the residential building permit for an additional 3 years. As long as a home is built within that timeframe, the property will retain permanent residential status. A leased propane tank is already on site. There is currently a camper on the property that can be purchased separately or removed prior to possession. Excellent opportunity for a scenic country property with utilities already in place!
