About this home

Located just minutes from Coffeyville Ks you'll find an all around small farm! It's hard to even cram in all the possibilities on here. As you drive up to the gated driveway the mind starts to imagine what could be done. The northside has the verdigris river boarding the entire north property line. The beautiful rock bluffs overlook the river. Don't let the rock bluffs scare you, in the northeast corner of the property is a road to the water (the old timers say it was a wagon trail) to enjoy the beautiful view. This property has numerous mature pecan trees as well as oaks that seem to keep a nice amount of deer around.. As you're headed to the road to the river you'll notice the large pond stocked with fish. If you're into roping there is a small roping arena with good fencing. This property has average to good fencing with lots of grass throughout and several cross fences. The chicken coupe has a fenced in area waiting for birds. You will notice several out buildings and barns for equipment and tools. Utilities are all ready in place. Being 3 minutes from wal-mart or 10 minutes to the airport this property in in an ideal location!
