About this home

This property features a nice 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home - but there is so much more... It is located in the gated community of Linn Valley Lakes on a very private road. The 824 sq ft home is on 1 of the 4 lots. There is a 14 x 40 customized outbuilding on a second lot and another 12 x 24 customized outbuilding on the 3rd lot. The seller is giving you a 4th lot for free (a 15,000 value including a below ground wastewater tank) so that you will have a perfect rectangle of 4 lots. The home has been remodeled and updated. All kitchen appliances and the washer and dryer stay. There is a mini split system with 2 heads for heating and cooling and the roof is just 6 years old. It is truly move-in-ready. The "compound" of 4 lots has a nice wrought iron fence in the combined back yard area. Each of the outbuildings has been upgraded with electrical service, insulation, finished areas, mini split heat pumps and both have front decks. They are currently used as home offices and portions of each are used as garages and storage areas. There are endless opportunities as to how this special property can be used. This is a very unique opportunity and it will exceed your expectations at the $184,900 listing price. Drive by and see the property between April 15th and April 29th. Inside tours available beginning on April 30th.
