About this home

These two building lots feature a 24 x 32 garage with a 6 x 32 covered porch. There is 200 amp electrical service and a 1500 gallon (underground) holding tank for wastewater. To access the garage, there are 2 entry doors, a sliding glass door and a large overhead garage door. It has a 6 inch concrete slab and the walls and ceiling are very well insulated. The area inside the garage is not a home, but it has some great features that make it feel like home. On the other lot, there is a 240 sq ft shed with electricity run inside. It connects to a fenced area that encloses an above ground pool. The pool was winterized last fall. The 22 x 30 carport is large enough for your boat, car and lake toys. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you can even park your camper under the carport and leave it there during the summer months. These two side by side building lots are located on a quiet, tree-lined road within the gated community of Linn Valley Lakes. You can use this property as it is, but you can also build a home where the carport currently resides. There is lots of room in with these two "extra deep" building lots. They are 20 feet deeper than most of the other building lots in Linn Valley. Trailer your boat 3 minutes to the boat ramp of the 135 acre lake. Park your golf cart and/or ATV in the garage and enjoy driving them on the roads of the community. Within Linn Valley, there are 2 pools, an 18 hole regulation golf course, mini golf, disc golf, sand volleyball, multiple playgrounds, public access docks and a sand beach. Are you ready for summer fun? Take a look at the community and then check out this unique opportunity to purchase improved lots that still have enough room for a future house.
