About this home

If you're yearning for a grand home of days past, this stunning 1907 Victorian is for you. It's 2 stories plus attic, basement, and has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The roof and exterior paint are just a few months old, and it has a spacious modern kitchen with stainless appliances, and new downstairs central heat & air. The original and custom elements include a massive oak staircase with serpentine rail at the top, oak trim throughout, paneled pocket doors, fretwork, many leaded glass doors and windows, built in china cabinet, back stairway to the kitchen, and hardwood floors, some of which are carpeted. The wrap around porch is great for neighborly visits, and it's only a short jaunt to downtown. Wesley Park is across the street. There is also a 1 bedroom house on the West side of the lot that goes with the sell of the home. When you see this house, you'll agree with the builder's statement that “it's one of the largest and finest , with ample porches and all accessories of a beautiful home.”
