About this home

A close drive to both Truman Reservoir and Lake of the Ozarks, this build site is tucked off the road and surrounded by woods, perfect for the person that likes quiet seclusion. Great location if you are looking to build or just a weekend getaway to park a camper. Power is already on site and just needs a meter installed. There is a 285’ deep well with two frost free hydrants and septic with lateral lines already installed. There is a nice garage for your storage needs that would also make a nice woodworking shop or you could turn it into a small cabin. The building is wired for electricity and water is located right outside the door. The options are endless on this treed acreage
