About this home

Great location of small rural homesite where old house burned. It will be the buyer's responsibility to tear it down. But this mean you already have a water meter and a septic tank for your new construction. Tract is within 3/4 mile of blacktop and easy access to either I-70 or 50 Hwy. Once was a shade tree farm, a field of full grown ornamentals is on the west half of this tract. Zoned so you could split into 2 building sites.
